How can I track my order?

An email confirmation will be sent to you after you complete your purchase. When your package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number in the provided carrier website for more information.

Product care

Each piece of our jewellery is crafted with care and designed to be cherished. To preserve its radiance, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals, as these may affect the finish over time. Jewellery should always be removed before swimming, bathing, or engaging in vigorous activity.

When not being worn, store your pieces in a soft pouch or lined box, away from direct sunlight and humidity. With thoughtful care, your jewellery will remain a timeless part of your collection for years to come.

Refund


We want you to love your jewellery, and we are pleased to offer refunds on unworn pieces returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on earrings. Please note that all items will be carefully inspected before a refund is processed.

Exchanges and refunds


We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn jewellery in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and all items will be carefully inspected before an exchange or refund is processed.
